The Instructor will provide instruction for students enrolled in Civic Works’ Solar Installation Training program. The Instructor will provide quarterly training to classes of 5-10 participants over 10-12 days and 8 hours per day. The program prepares students for solar installation positions with residential solar companies.   This position focuses on delivering hands-on, practical training, supplemented with classroom instruction on solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role includes developing curriculum and training materials to ensure that the program reflects current industry standards and prepares participants for successful careers.
