Active Energies Solar is looking for LeadSolar Technicians to work out of our Eagle-Vail Colorado location. We are looking to hire year-round and seasonal employees wanting to learn and grow with an ever-expanding business. We are a family owned, employee-oriented business that specializes in residential and commercial installations in the Rocky Mountain region. Our success is driven by our staff, we believe in investing in the personal growth and advancement of our employees. This position is for a quality driven individual with an eye for detail, mechanically and technically inclined. Construction experience is a plus. Higher starting wage with NABCEP certification or previous electrical or solar experience. The Lead Solar Technician will utilize unlimited flexibility and varied resources to scope, develop and drive projects to completion.
NABCEP Associate/Professional preferred. Must be willing to pursue NABCEP Professional certification within 30 days of hire.
Comfortable on roofs of varied height and slope
Must be able to lift panels, climb ladders and work in various weather conditions
Reliable attendance
Motivated team player, ability to work collaboratively with a team of installers
