Position Summary A postdoc position for fabrication, characterization, and modeling of battery materials is available in Prof. Nadimpalli's experimental solid mechanics group at Michigan State University. The position is available immediately for a period of one year and renewed for one more year based on the performance. The search will continue until a suitable candidate is found. The research work involves mechanical and electrochemical characterization of energy storage materials, mainly lithium-ion battery materials, by fabricating novel electrode samples and developing nano/micro or continuum scale experimental techniques.
