Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of installers
• Coordinate solar installations and be able to project manage
• Responsible for interacting with customers and office
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Follow all safety requirements

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of solar experience
• Experienced residential installer with service experience
• Proven history of being a team lead in solar
• Possess full range of mobility in upper and lower body

• Ability to work in various positions, including but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods
• · Must be able to work in direct sunlight for extended periods

• Ability to work on rooftops and from ladders in a safe manner
• Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks

• Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday

• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Professional appearance and client interaction

• Be able to travel·

• OSHA 10 hour certification (recommended)
• OSHA 30 hour certification
• NABCEP certification
