Currently working from home due to the pandemic, this Corporate Counsel position will be based in Arlington, VA. This position will report to the Associate General Counsel – Securities, Finance & Governance and will support the Corporate Secretary function. This role will interface directly with the General Counsel and the Board of Directors and will counsel various functions within the Company, including the External Reporting, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications functions.

A competitive compensation package, consisting of a base salary, bonus and equity, and other benefits, will be offered for this position, consistent with the candidate’s level of experience.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of relevant experience at a large law firm or comparable in-house corporate environment with a sophisticated corporate practice and knowledge of the federal securities laws and corporate governance.
Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Location: Arlington, VA.
This is a national search. Post “return to office” candidates will be expected to be located in the DMV area.
