EIP has $1.7 billion of AUM with offices in San Francisco, New York, London and Cologne.  EIP is seeking a Senior Associate who will be located in the London office.   

The candidate will work closely with the equity investment team and assist in all phases of the investment process.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Source and screen prospective investments
• Review business plans
• Assist in performing due diligence on potential investments
• Research market trends and dynamics
• Develop investment committee memorandums
• Develop financial models
• Ongoing portfolio support and administration
• Help firm-wide on key operational activities / events / presentations

The Ideal Candidate MUST Have:

• 5+ years of work experience in investment banking (M&A), late-stage venture capital / growth capital and/or buyout
• Majority of transactions in technology
• Proficiency with operational / buy-side model building and with growth equity and buyout investment structures;
• Fluency in verbal and written English with a strong preference for a French speaker
• Highly analytical, organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Positive attitude, team player, open-minded and not ego-driven
• Strong interpersonal skills (High EQ and IQ)

Compensation: Competitive including base, bonus and carry.
