Greenlight Energy is looking for an Experienced Solar Installer to join our quickly growing Bermuda-based team! We're looking for a team player with strong installation skills, who is interested in leading a crew and growing with our company. We want someone who cares about safety and providing a quality customer experience as much as we do. As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the installations, assisting with crew supervision, and handling the AC and DC electrical aspects of the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the installation crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards
• Responsible for electrical tie-in and assisting with roof construction
• Layout and mount hardware on multiple roof types
• Install AC and DC disconnects
• Read and analyze permit-ready plan sets, providing appropriate solutions when issues arise
• Document the installation process, communicating effectively with our operations division
• Install and troubleshoot PV system monitoring
