Role & Responsibilities?

• Daily: Analyze, diagnose, resolve, and optimize battery based solar designs and installations using Sol-Ark systems -
• Those who catch on quickly could earn a path to become a group lead or work on secret R&D projects.

 Requirements?

• Must like disruptive technologies and willingness to learn.
• Enjoys wearing a T-shirt to an office where management expects hearing new ideas.
• Electronics technician or electricians background
• Solar experience a plus but not required. Battery experience A BIG PLUS.
• Work hard, play hard, self-managed: highly motivated, hardworking, “get’er done” attitude
