MCPHS University seeks a creative and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Partner, a new role at the University. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a dynamic organization and to build the talent acquisition function at MCPHS. In this role, you will support staff and faculty hiring needs, collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis, create recruiting strategies, proactively identify future talent, and develop candidate pipelines. The successful candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates through creative sourcing techniques to interviewing and hiring great employees.Reporting to the Associate Director of Human Resources, this position focuses on full life-cycle recruiting including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and candidate relationship management and guides hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Partner makes recommendations and implements new processes for recruitment strategies to attract quality applicants and create candidate pipelines, manage online employer presence, and assist with branding and marketing MCPHS University as an employer of choice. This position will provide talent acquisition services to all three MCPHS campuses in Boston, Worcester, and Manchester- New Hampshire.Responsibilities:Staffing Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, determines selection criteria, and selects interview questions that reflect each position?s requirements including competencies and develops evaluation tools Utilizes HR Applicant Tracking System to create, post, manage requisitions and the recruiting workflow process Manages respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged with current or future opportunities Manages and conducts interview and selection process, including phone screens and in-person interviews serving as first point of contact promoting the University and creating a positive candidate experience Partners with hiring managers on candidate communications Conducts and reviews background check reports and references. Counsels candidates on benefits, salary, and culture Administers and submits all hiring paperwork for new employees Partners with hiring managers to ensure new employees feel welcomed and receive relevant new hire training Uses ATS to find prior candidates who may be matches for current vacant positions Manages temporary staffing process and monitors and reports on utilization, recommending different strategies to support staffing needs Sourcing Manages the posting of open positions on the University?s careers page, job boards, and social network sites Uses social network sites to promote and create awareness of job openings Conducts sourcing activities through web, social media, in-house talent, and employee referrals to fill open positions Actively manages online employer presence across various platforms and outletsGeneral Contributes to the development of recruitment strategies and creative sourcing solutions Utilizes HR Technology to produce reports and metrics for analysis Works with HR team in the creation and development of recruiting tools, interviewing guides and new employee orientation etc Performs out other duties as assigned Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline Minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources role, including 3 years recruiting experience Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred Understanding and practical experience in HR policies and procedures Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ICIMS Solid knowledge with employment laws as it relates to interviewing Experience with behavioral interviews and recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions Strategic, creative, and innovative thinking skills, ability to exercise sound judgment Strong ability to communicate effectively, in both oral and written form Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, with high level of professionalism and discretion Ability to project a positive and professional image on behalf of the UniversityMCPHS offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits that includes a substantial contribution toward the cost of medical & dental insurance, generous time off benefits, and a significant pension plan contribution.
