The Systems Administrator II should be an experienced Microsoft Exchange Online and Enterprise Mobility Management Administrator to support administration and 24x7 delivery of e-mail and mobile services in a 7,000+ user environment based on Microsoft Exchange Online (Office 365), Microsoft EMS (Enterprise Mobility and Security) and multi-domain Active Directory forest.
The position will be responsible for the planning, configuration, maintenance, monitoring and performance of several critical infrastructure systems that ensure the availability, security, adoption and consistent performance of our corporate collaboration applications: - Exchange Online (in Office 365) - Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Microsoft Intune Mobile Application Management (MAM)
This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree required. Prefer B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field - 4+ years of Microsoft Exchange Server or Exchange Online Administration experience - 2+ years of Enterprise Mobility Management experience in any of the major EMM platforms (e.g. AirWatch, MobileIron, MaaS360, BES, Intune) - Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Administration - Solid PowerShell scripting experience to include Active Directory and Exchange modules - Ability to organize and plan work independently - Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, including identification of project scope, requirements, deliverables, and coordination of project design and implementation activities - Understanding of routing and switching, networking technologies, including TCP/IP and DNS - Strong exposure to IT customer service, strong interpersonal skills demonstrating excellence in approach with customers
Desired Requirements: - 5+ years of Microsoft Exchange Server or Exchange Online Administration experience - 3+ years of Microsoft Intune Administration - 1+ years of Microsoft Active Directory Administration experience - Advanced PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills - Apple infrastructure services knowledge (Apple Business) - Skilled in support of legal discovery and compliance process (eDiscovery and retention) - Experienced in performing migration tasks between separate email or mobile device management environments - Experience working with various desktop and server operating systems platforms - MCSA or MCSE certifications a plus - Experience supporting directory integration and federation services, including ADFS and directory synchronization - Experience developing and implementing cyber security standards and security posture improvements with Exchange Server or Active Directory - Ability to prepare project plans to communicate and track execution of technical and security driven initiatives - Experience integrating differing computer systems in an enterprise environment - Experience maintaining computing infrastructure in an industrial environment
