Apex is seeking a Title Analyst to assist in processing title commitments, performing title curative work, and obtaining title insurance policies in support of the development, financing, construction, and operation of utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Title and/or Real Estate Paralegal experience preferred
Able to work closely with cross-functional teams of internal and external resources
Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Ability to project a positive image of the company and cultivate and maintain positive relationships within the Company and with external parties
Strong computer skills and ability to utilize a variety of technologies to streamline workflow
Must be able to work in Charlottesville, Virginia
