We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative (Full time/Part time).
We are a multiple doctor, mixed animal practice providing full service for small and large (primarily equine) animals. Applicant must be outgoing, caring and compassionate with excellent communication and people skills.
Job requirements include the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle a 4-line telephone system with a smile, stay calm under pressure, and provide excellent customer service. Reliability, computer skills, cash handling experience, and attention to detail are a must. Prior customer service experience required. Applicants with prior experience in a veterinary clinic strongly encouraged to apply.
Applicant should be knowledgeable or have experience with care for pets and horses.
Applicant must be able to have a flexible schedule. In general, it will be a 4-day work week with some evenings and 1-2 Saturday mornings a month. Possible shifts, but not limited to, are 730-5pm, 12-7pm or 2-7pm.
