The North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) is seeking a full time Program Manager in their Clifton Park, NY office for immediate hire. Position will remain open until filled.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, small business that certifies renewable energy professionals throughout North America. The Program Manager shall have primary responsibility for the processing of NABCEP certification and company accreditation applications, including customer service throughout the application, examination, and certification process.
Principle Duties include all aspects of professional certification management including, but not limited to: manage exam logistics associated with the administration of the professional certification exams; coordinate volunteers for examination and technical committee activities; manage new program development; maintain program documents, processes and procedures for all committee and certification activities; develop new benefits for NABCEP certificants, coordinate outreach and advertising activities, maintain social media, website, and newsletter communications, maintain media contacts, and publish press releases
The Program Manager will also assist in the planning of company events such as the annual Continuing Education Conference, and attend solar industry trade shows throughout the year.
