Doctorate -Mechanical Engineering
A doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering
Excellent analytical skills, in particular the ability to develop analytical and numerical heat and mass transfer models of energy conversion and storage devices, especially applications involving radiative transport
Experience in developing numerical simulations of heat and mass transfer
Good background in three or more of the following programming languages: Fortran, C, C++, Matlab, Python,
Experience in designing, assembling, and testing experimental devices for energy conversion and storage,
Background in data acquisition and analysis,
Background in imaging techniques,
Good English writing and presentation skills,
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Background in X-ray tomography for materials research,
Background in tomography based numerical simulation,
Experience in in-situ experimentation under tomographic monitoring,
Background in thermochemical energy storage,
Background in electrochemistry.
