In Caesars Entertainment’s President’s Associates Program, you will gain executive exposure while working on thought-provoking projects that cross a variety of functional areas. The President’s Associates program is generally a two-year program, including three 8-month rotations in both corporate and property-level roles for optimal exposure to Caesars Entertainment’s operations. Since the program's inception in 1987, graduates of the President's Associate program have progressed and found success at Caesars in executive roles such as vice president of a functional area, general manager of a hotel/casino property, divisional president, and COO. President’s Associates report to senior-level property and corporate executives and receive ongoing mentoring and formal feedback. With only 5 -10 President’s Associates a year in a pool of 65,000 employees, individuals in the PA role are highly visible to the Caesars Entertainment leadership team and are on the talent radar as part of company-wide succession planning. We’re looking for MBAs from top, full-time, site-based programs who:
Graduate from their MBA program in Spring 2019
Are as comfortable presenting to C-level execs as you they are talking with hourly team members ranging from housekeepers to beverage servers
Enjoy working in cross functional teams and celebrating success with others
Have leadership experience with groups of diverse people of varying skills, educational levels, cultural backgrounds, and experience
Have a keen interest in and genuine curiosity about other functional areas outside your chosen discipline
Passionate about the casino entertainment industry and Caesars’ future.
Demonstrated exceptional analytical abilities
Are geographically mobile

Minimum of 4 years of full-time, pre-MBA work experience
PA program length: approximately 24 months comprised of 3 eight-month rotations.
The casino entertainment business is a 24 X 7 operation, so you must be able to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to contribute to your department’s success
Candidates must have the ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
