To support our M&A team in Hamburg for a period of six months we are currently offering an
Internship in Mergers & Acquisitions
You will support our team with ongoing M&A mandates (e.g. of our subsidiary Oiltanking), both in the analysis of potential acquisition projects as well as in all administrative and operational tasks. In particular your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out market and competition research
Creating presentation documents and reports
Compiling and analyzing financial data and valuation models
Preparing presentation material and preparatory/follow-up documents for meetings
Participating in all facets and phases of the M&A process
Your experience & technical skills:
Master or Bachelor (third year bachelor) student with high interest in accounting, corporate finance, and/or entrepreneurship
Previous experience e.g. through accomplished internship, preferably in investment banking, M&A / corporate finance consultancy
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Very good / excellent spoken and written German and English
Working quality & results-orientated and showing high attention to detail
