The Assistant Director, Finance and Operations, facilitates effective financial management and oversees the operations of the Institute for Sustainable Energy (ISE). Core financial responsibilities include budget planning, management, tracking and reporting, payroll, and post-award administration for external funding. The Assistant Director will also provide support for hiring and other human resources needs, and will ensure manage facilities.
B.A./B.S. Degree required, Master's Degree preferred, exceptional oral and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office software, detail oriented and organized. Ability to take initiative, think strategically, problem solve effectively and work well with a team. Three to five years of experience in a related field.
