The Manager Occupational Health plans and directs the development and operation of occupational health programs and strategies in the assigned areas or regions. Responsible for the performance of these services through the management of personnel, identification of and response to market conditions, and by ensuring compliance with accrediting and regulatory requirements. Effectively manages the capital, financial and human resources of the department(s), and develops and implements appropriate plans, goals, budgets, and policies to ensure alignment with the Ministry strategy. Plans and directs the delivery of quality patient care and related services. Responsible to implement strategic vision and goals.
Bachelor’s Degree in health care or business related field
3 years Occupational Health or health care management experience
Workers’ Compensation regulations familiarity
Master’s degree in related field
5 years in management
Licensure/Certifications COHN, COHN-S, CCM, CM, ASP, CSP
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications
