The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for understanding and developing the region to maximize and grow revenue by selling Quick Mount PV products. Territory includes New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. He/she will be able to identify the needs of both new and current solar installers and distribution partners in order to aid in their success using Quick Mount products by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customer may face.

Works cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders to ensure customers’ success
Creates and maintain relationships with solar installers and distribution partners to better understand and achieve their needs
Makes visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Manages all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts
Achieves indirect sales objectives
Penetrates and develops new business opportunities
Develops and implements a profitable and geographically comprehensive prospecting initiative, targeting high potential customers
Finds solutions to customers’ needs within the channel
Builds and manages long-term customer relationships within the channel: distribution, installation contractors, commercial/utility scale developers/epc’s, architects, public sector and end users.
In field minimum of three days per week; some overnight travel required

Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
Seasoned prospecting skills
Solid presentation, and communication skills
Basic knowledge of residential solar design and installation practices
Proficient in Mac and Microsoft Office
Self starter with independent drive
Willingness and ability to travel
Must have valid drivers license
