The PV S.T.E.P. Intern, under general supervision, will assist the Athletic Administration, by working with the Athletic Director and the Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations to prepare for the upcoming pre-season camps and intercollegiate sports season.
Assisting the Athletic Director and the Associate AD for Internal Operations with data entry and other general clerical tasks relating to the needs and plans for the upcoming Fall sports pre-season camps, as well as the FY 2018-2019 intercollegiate sports seasons.
Assisting the administrative associate staff members with daily operational duties including making copies, preparing documents for filing and monthly reconciling, running errands, preparing documents and files for storage.
Assisting in the Athletics Administration Building reception area with answering of the departmental main phone line, greeting and assisting building guest and visitors.
Performing other duties and tasks as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Currently enrolled for at least nine (9) graduate or six (6) undergraduate semester credit hours
Minimum 2.5 GPA; Must be in academic good standing (SAP) as demonstrated through your college
Students must have completed 60 undergraduate hours by the conclusion of the Spring 2018 semester.
Registered for classes in Fall 2018
Graduate students must be enrolled in at least three (3) graduate hours, preferably in his/her field of study
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to multi-task.
Registrations, Certifications, and Licenses:
Commit to working the entire internship experience (30 hours per week)

Be registered for classes in Fall 2018
Be eligible to work in the U.S.
