be responsible for the Bank's due diligence and consideration of the investment opportunity, and for managing the more junior members of the team, including providing guidance on financial analysis.
You will primarily be working on transactions that involve deploying the Bank's balance sheet as an equity investor in the green infrastructure / renewables sector
Candidates should have 6-8 years of relevant experience, and it is essential that you have experience of working on the commercial and financial aspects of renewable energy projects through the complete project development lifecycle. You will also have strong tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance, experience in mentoring and supervising junior team members and strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques. Past experience in the waste & bioenergy sector will be favourably regarded.
